Meeta Sainju Pradhan is a development specialist and researcher whose work is grounded in promoting equity, inclusion, and sustainability. Her extensive experience spans gender equality, social inclusion, and climate justice, with a focus on ensuring that marginalized communities are central to decision-making and program design.

Meeta has led initiatives aimed at building resilience in women-led enterprises, enhancing social inclusion through national surveys, and integrating gender perspectives into conservation and governance programs. Her academic and professional contributions, including her role as Principal Co-Investigator in participatory action research and her leadership in national studies on social inclusion in Nepal, reflect her commitment to addressing systemic inequalities with actionable data and analysis.

PhD in Sociology from the University of Michigan, USA, MA in Sociology from George Mason University, USA, and a BA in Sociology from the University of Delhi, India.
